Governance Structure
The FMMI Senior Management Oversight Committee (SMOC) is responsible for providing governance and meets monthly. This team includes, Mr. Evan J. Segal (CFO), Mr. Jon Holladay (Deputy CFO), Mr. Christopher Smith (CIO), and Mr. Brewer (ACFO, Financial Operations).
Some of their responsibilities:
- Review of key deliverables
- Monitoring progress on key milestones
- Oversight of costs
- Determining key decision points
- Confirmation that the milestones will meet government oversight requirements, system management and security, and financial internal controls
- Verification that the goals of the project are still being met
