Implementation Approach                                                                                

FMMI is being implemented across USDA systematically. The implementation will be deployed in a phased approach and agencies will be added incrementally over time. The first deployment is targeted to be in October 2009. Deployments 2 and 3 will deploy at the beginning of October in 2010 and 2011 respectively.
